Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating relevant rules and regulations on equipment use, maintenance and repair; 2. Evaluate the technical problems of equipment and repair the equipment to ensure the normal operation of production equipment and the smooth progress of production plan; 3. Be responsible for equipment anomaly analysis and improvement in mass production process, and promote relevant departments to solve it, as well as continuous optimization and improvement of the process; 4. Organize equipment transformation and tackling key problems, and organize relevant technical training; 5. Be responsible for evaluating and promoting the implementation of equipment engineering project scheme; 6. Complete all management index requirements issued by the company to the project management department. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromechanical, mechanical, automation or related. 2. At least 6 years working experience in equipment management, at least 3 years working experience in team management, with certain overseas working background is preferred. 3. Clear logical thinking, strong analytical ability, and ability to analyze, judge and deal with equipment faults. 4. Good technical background, skilled in operation, maintenance and management of equipment, professional knowledge of enterprise related equipment, familiar with battery assembly process is preferred. 5. English can be used as working languages. 6. Candidates from Indonesia or European and based in China will be highly preferred
